Zip-It Sauce
Melt half stick of unsalted butter (2 oz) per half jar (4 oz)STIR ON LOW HEAT!
USE STRAIGHT OUT OF THEJAR AND ADD TO ALL OF YOURBEEF DISHES!
Melt 1-2 (4 oz) sticks unsalted butter half jar (4 oz) Zip It Sauce 4 oz heavy whipping cream (or half-and-half)STIR ON LOW HEAT!
Serves 4
salt and pepper4 oz. your favorite flavor ofZip-It Steak Sauce4 oz. unsalted butter
Preheat grill.
Grill steaks on high heat for 4-5 minutesper side to desired doneness.
Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes while you prepare sauce.

4 Tbsp. olive oil4 oz. Zip-It Sauce4 oz. unsalted butter
Brush both sides of the salmon with oil.
Place the fish on the grill,cook for about 4 minutes.
Turn the fish over and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until cooked through to the desired degree of doneness.
Warm Zip-It Sauce in pan over low heat.
Add Unsalted butter and stir until melted. Do not boil.
Remove the salmon from the grill and spoon Zip-It Sauce over it. Serve rice pilaf and vegetables.
