Melt half stick of unsalted butter (2 oz) per half jar (4 oz)
STIR ON LOW HEAT!

USE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE
JAR AND ADD TO ALL OF YOUR
BEEF DISHES!

Melt 1-2 (4 oz) sticks unsalted butter half jar (4 oz) Zip It Sauce 4 oz heavy whipping cream (or half-and-half)
STIR ON LOW HEAT!

Zip-It Grilled Steak

Serves 4

4 prime steaks

salt and pepper
4 oz. your favorite flavor of
Zip-It Steak Sauce
4 oz. unsalted butter

Preheat grill.

Grill steaks on high heat for 4-5 minutes
per side to desired doneness.

Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes while you prepare sauce.

“Gently heat Zip-It in sauce pan, stir in pats
of UNSALTED butter until melted and smooth.
Pour into individual dipping cups, serve immediately.”

Zip-It Grilled Salmon

Serves 4

4-6oz Salmon steaks

4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. Zip-It Sauce
4 oz. unsalted butter

Brush both sides of the salmon with oil.

Place the fish on the grill,
cook for about 4 minutes.

Turn the fish over and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until cooked through to the desired degree of doneness.

Warm Zip-It Sauce in pan over low heat.

Add Unsalted butter and stir until melted. Do not boil.

Remove the salmon from the grill and spoon Zip-It Sauce over it. Serve rice pilaf and vegetables.
